GOLD AWARD
The ad focused on the lifestyle that the builder had envisioned with the onsite
amenities offered to residents. Unique to the community is the art walk. The
builder chose 12 original sculpture pieces to be placed around the community for
residents to discover. The sculptures where chosen specifically for the sphere
shape to represent the essence of the Zen-like community setting, thus the
headline of the ad, “New Homes for a Well Rounded Life” was developed for this
eye catching theme. “Round” lifestyle icons where chosen to represent the essence
of living at this community. Which one doesn’t belong? None.
The ad ran during the first quarter of 2016 to draw in buyers for the first release
with an average of 350 people per week registering at the sales trailer in January.
The first release of 18 homes on January 30, all sold out and resulted in a waiting
list for the next sales release in February.
Total foot traffic for the year since opening at the beginning of January for this
community: 6,924. The total number of homes sold: 106
