This Maui development is truly unique. Imagine nearly infinite views,

revealing Molokini, Kaho‘olawe, Lanai and flashes of shimmering

blue waters. The project’s open-air living spaces are designed with
consideration and embrace the lushness of Wailea. The clean lines

blend into the hillside with open floor plans mimicking the expanse

of the island itself. These unique homes are creatively designed to

be Mid-Century Modern Hawaiiana and they are a beautiful way to

live in one of the most beautiful places on earth.

To reach our target audience, 50% of which don’t live in Hawaii,

the team developed a comprehensive email program. The regular

communications included amenity highlights, residence features,

and lifestyle pieces. Additionally, the team used animated gifs to add
Maui, HI

dimension and movement to the campaigns.
