STATEMENT
114 modern condominium homes at the corner of 22nd and Mission Streets in the heart of the Mission. The Mission
is one of San Francisco’s most dynamic neighborhoods with a Millennial mindset and a unique environment of afluent
technology workers desiring a more bohemian lifestyle. The Vida name (meaning ‘life’ in Spanish), logo and palette needed
to relect both the artisanal and Latin-inspired vibrancy of the area. A script and stamp in the logo depict a handmade quality
while the primary colors in the ‘color wheel’ utilize the tapestry of hues found in the Mission as well as on the building itself.
