STATEMENT

Target Audience: Young families: first and second time buyers interested in a safe, small town environment with

good schools and a strong amenity package located within the community. Marketing Strategy: Create a multi-media 
marketing campaign designed to rebrand the community based on the numerous ways residents are able to recreate 

with water-based amenities. Results: The community brochure has been a big hit with residents and builders sales staff 

alike. The developer uses the brochure to set expectations and demonstrate the quality of his brand. The marketing 
campaign has helped to reignite new home sales and lot sales to builders. 400 of the remaining 500 lots have been sold 

to builders. 2014 sales are on pace to hit 75 with 2015 projections at 150.
