STATEMENT

Kelly is extremely self-motivated, driven, and has a passion for what

she does. There is no need to micro-manage as she stays focused and is
productive every day with our success in mind. Even in light of the large

number of active communities and coming soon communities she was

responsible for this past year, Kelly continued to bring innovative ideas and
take on as much as she could for the betterment of our company. As her

responsibilities grew, her staff did not, yet she continued to be positive and
effective throughout our amazing growth in Atlanta.

As you can see from her industry involvement and designations, she

is eager to stay engaged and give back to the industry and continuing her
education is always of top importance to her. All too often, people use the

excuse that they are too busy to be involved, yet she has always made

time to not only keep our marketing effective, but continues to make time
to support our industry at a local and national level. She has been able

to balance her professional life and industry involvement along with her

personal life with her husband and two children (11 and 9) who are very
active participating in two sports each plus school activities. It is clear

every day that she loves her career and family and is dedicated to seeing

all aspects of her life be fulilling and successful.
