SALES MANAGER OF THE YEAR




GOLD AWARD



STATEMENT

Alisa’s duties and responsibilities include the sales training program for 

Colorado, Utah and Nebraska Divisions. This includes formal sales training 
and sales meetings. In addition, Alisa is responsible for the implementation of 

any and all promotions. She runs the weekly lender meeting to insure closing 

numbers are maintained. She also is responsible for new community product 
prescriptions as well as new community launches. Alisa works daily with her 

sales management team on ways to be effective in coaching of the entire 
sales team. Alisa also manages the Inside Sales Department which handles 

all online generated sales leads. She also oversees Home Buyer’s Club, which 

is responsible for approximately 30% of the total sales each year. Alisa also 
manages the Realtor Relations Program/List Assist Program and our Preferred 

Lender Programs.
ALISA PONCHER 
Alisa developed and implemented a new 2-week Sales Boot Camp for all 
Oakwood Homes new sales associates. This includes rigorous training on the fundamentals

of sales, our presentation, hot buttons, overcoming objections, and the 

closing of the sale. Alisa does this training for all our divisions and has been 
instrumental in the implementation of this presentation. In addition, weekly 

sales meeting topics and continuing sales training is run by Alisa. Alisa is also 

in the process of developing a new Sales Manager Training Program that will 
be implemented across all Oakwood Divisions in early 2015.
