To summarize, here are some highlights of Sara’s character and her 

performance:
1. She views this position as an extension of her personality and often claims

“it does not feel like real work” because she loves it so much.

2. She genuinely loves learning about each prospect’s unique situation and
needs.

4. She is not only proicient in our CRM system, but has taken the initiative to

explore other programs to continue enhancing our processes, and she also

willingly and frequently coaches other sales members how to use the system.
