STATEMENT

This team launched the community to Platinum Brokers in June 2014. The site was launched out of a temporary tent
erected on site, as the sales office was not ready in time for us to capture the momentum of the spring market.

In addition to a highly competitive market as North York was inundated with new condo launches in the prior years,

Beacon Condos also faced a very unusual situation. In August of 2014 it was announced that the Developer for the
condominium project directly beside Beacon Condos had disappeared with millions of dollars in purchaser deposits. The

media hype around this included images of the neighboring property, which also showed the Beacon Condos signage.

The Sales Team was faced with the daily task of educating clients and brokers on the legacy of new owners and
reassuring them that this type of situation would not take place at Beacon.

The Beacon Condos sales team deserves to be recognized for their dedication and success. Together they sold over
200 units out of the tent within a two-week time frame. With the remaining units being sold out of the newly complete

sales office on site. The team’s ability to instill consumer confidence in the Builder and Project truly captures the quality

of this team.
