BEST MICROSITE/WEBSITE FOR A COMMUNITY
GOLD AWARD
The vision for the overall development was to create a dynamic
lifestyle that promotes the health and wellness of its residents.
To convey this in a succinct, easily consumed manner, we created
an energetic video to convey the overall mood of the brand and
the value proposition of the building. This video is featured on the
homepage of the website and in the leasing gallery, and a longer
version of the video is showcased in the brochure. We used “39” as
a theme to connect each page within the website, which is derived
from the building’s location on 39th Street. Residence features
were highlighted as “39 details,” amenities as “39 reasons,” and the
neighborhood as “39 hot spots.” We had 20 outstanding renderings
to utilize and the “39” features for each page were matched with

the appropriate rendering that represented the item on the scrolling
