STATEMENT
One of the single biggest challenges we have in the Home Building Industry is finding top sales talent to represent our
builders. Ask almost any builder and they will tell you, “We need good sales people.” Since the downturn of 2007, many
top producers have fled the industry and few have returned. Micheal Flores is an example of what can happen when new
people with enthusiasm, talent, and work ethic join the front lines of new homes sales professionals. This is the story of
Micheal Flores, a rising star in the homebuilding industry representing Hakes Brothers Homes.
Micheal was assigned to The Grove, a community in Santa Teresa, NM. He got to work right away producing
outstanding results. He has single handedly sold 37 homes in less than a year. This may not seem like much in a large
market such as Phoenix, but in Santa Teresa, NM, with a population of less than 5000, this is significant and worthy of
recognition.
