Surrounded by tremendous competition, and in a highly saturated

market, we had our challenge in setting our property heads above

the rest across many platforms.

Strategy:

Our grand opening luxury and VIP event kicked off our sales,
creating a vibe for prospects and brokers of this community being

the “place to get into”. Our comprehensive media campaign (digital,

print and outdoor) supported this kickoff along with a direct mail

campaign of a monthly newsletter that enforced the community

events and highlights.

Results:

Avora at Port Imperial

Our properties breathtaking design, lavish range of amenities, and Weehawken, NJ

accessibility and convenience have gained us recognition as the Builder: Landsea Homes

premier waterfront community on New Jersey’s Gold Coast. Our Marketing Director: Gabe Pasquale

property had previously been recognized as Community of the Year Ad Agency: New World Group, Inc.

at a state level, and with the continued development of our property Architect: IBI Group

our reputation has only gotten better.
