GOLD AWARD
Nestled high among Orange County’s foothills, this highly-desirable
neighborhood is intended to be the top of the luxury production
market for the affluent family home buyer.
To excite the buyer’s imagination, the intentions expressed by client
were for us to exhibit unique garden scenarios that would provide
customers with visions of the extraordinary view potential and
entertainment garden opportunities for the model homes in this
exclusive community.
As part of solving a major challenge for this product, we enhanced
the sales walk experience, by convincing the client to eliminate the
Alta Vista at Orchard Hills
side yard wall of the first model to allow views into the rear yard
of the Savona, and showcase glimpses of its sweeping pool, water

The tone evoked by the gardens of the Savona, is reminiscent of a

modern Napa Valley artist’s retreat, which is echoed in the eclectic
artwork featured throughout the garden, and the industrial-chic open-
air sculptor’s studio out by the view.
Upon entering the Lucido the grand double-vaulted interior space
offers a dramatic view of a unique oval-shaped sunken pool, flanked
by formal dining and intimate lounging spaces, on raised terraces on
either side.
The Oceano’s landscape vision is a refined take on a formal Spanish
estate with distinct modern Andalusian and Moroccan influences.
