BEST MARKETING OF GREEN/SUSTAINABLE PROGRAM




GOLD AWARD






 The biggest real estate project currently underway in Panama, 

required an advertising campaign of several phases. This is not just 

a building; it is for all purposes a new kind of city.



Conceived as a truly sustainable endeavor in the northern part of the 
city, the project will be built in several phases for the next decade, 

therefore requiring an ad campaign of great adaptability, longevity 

and impact.



Under the umbrella of “Green Thinking Living” we wanted to 

separate the project from other competitors who might claim to be 

sustainable. Here Green is not just an adjective, is a state of being.



The campaign welcomes the new resident using the logo –a leaf 
Green City
shaped as both the G and C that give the project the name– as a 
Panama City, Panama

gateway to a new urban habitat.

The idea of a life surrounded by nature has to be conveyed in 

every single piece of advertising. Living becomes an exploration

for the whole family. Each resident even receives a packet
 

of local plant seeds, so he can help to expand the lush green 

throughout the project.


Here you buy a house, but get to live a whole habitat.
