GOLD AWARD
In today’s ever-changing world of marketing and communications,
the rise of the “social influencer” has gained massive traction
in a variety of arenas. Embracing some of the new social based
platforms available to marketing their homes, this community
provided A DAY IN A LIFE EXPERIENCE for a select group of key
social influencers.
The day was designed to allow the influencers to understand life
in Calabasas and the single-story flats that make-up this new
home neighborhood. The influencers were treated to a SoulCycle
class in the mixed-use community’s downstairs retail section as
well as Pressed Juicery samples from next door. After that, to
demonstrate the walkability of the community, the influencers Avanti
took a short walk to downtown Calabasas where they ate lunch Calabasas, CA
and then crossed the street to The Commons to enjoy a blowout Builder: The New Home Company
from DryBar. During the day’s events, influencers posted to their Marketing Director: Megan Eltringham
followers across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and more.

In total, 180K plus impressions were produced, over 9K social Martin Communication Arts
engagements, and countless shares and comments.

This event provided the context and basis for ongoing efforts to
impact our buyer pool with new and less “intrusive” marketing
solutions that are authentic and showcase “earned media” power in
the 21st century.
