BEST BROCHURE FOR A COMMUNITY

GOLD AWARD

The goal for this project was to capture the building’s blend of cool,

modern luxury accented by the rich textures of NOLITA; the hottest

neighborhood in Manhattan. We achieved this goal by layering
carefully selected materials, bold graphic forms, and sleek metallic

touches for an eccentric rock and roll vibe and to reflect elements

seen throughout the development. Our inspiration came from the

neighborhood’s art, music, and culinary histories and the building’s

charismatic interiors crafted by Kravitz Design, headed by music

icon Lenny Kravitz.

Our challenge was in showcasing all the building’s unique

dynamics, while also presenting the area’s rawest attractions,

all with an uber-luxe luster. The photography and eclectic design

culture through the lens of haute living. This allows this finely Development Marketing

quality craftsmanship and close proximity to one of NYC’s coolest

and most iconic neighborhoods.
