STATEMENT

This condominium project is located in downtown Toronto and embodies the cultural and design traditions of Asia,

making it an ideal investment for offshore and local investors. The marketing challenge has been to create a brand that

will appeal to an Asian market without being cliché. We focused on the Zen aspects of the building and its offerings.
The marketing campaign reflects the delicate spirit of Asian design in all its richness and beauty. Utilizing exquisite

renderings, lifestyle imagery, location photography and creative copy, the marketing pieces paint a picture of the project
that is both compelling and targeted. The building’s design, its amenities and its unique positioning in downtown Toronto

contribute to making it an ideal candidate for Attached community of the Year. It has been extremely well received by

the broker community - 50% of the units sold within days of opening.
