STATEMENT

Let’s live like we never have before. With this beachy Westside neighborhood, the goal was to deliver a fresh, new

experience within the confines of attached living— creating a place where buyers see the world differently from every

angle. To meet the sensibilities of hip Westsiders, we developed unique 6- and 3-plex configurations in an urban West
Coast environment and then we combined them with the marketing and positioning of “Life Is Sunny Here,” along with

the sophistication of an East Coast brownstone influence. From there, innovative open floor plan designs came naturally,

followed by equally innovative merchandising and use of space inside the homes and out. This resulted in a compelling

lifestyle that feels comfortable, airy, uplifting and sophisticated. It’s attached but not without a sense of privacy, urban yet

casual and inviting. Simply put: It’s what sunny feels like.
