With 30 years of proven, award winning sales success in the housing industry, Kerry uses her
valuable “from the inside out” knowledge of how profitable organizations operate. As a builder
consultant, sales trainer and speaker, Kerry has leveraged her experience by working with the
organization as a whole. Kerry is a powerful catalyst for developing company synergy and
sales systems that help to create a “we love to work here” environment.
Kerry shares her insight with builders and real estate professionals through real and relevant
training intensives, combined with her ever popular “high energy.” Her appearances are
numerous and include organizations such as Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Center Stage,
International Builders Show and Home Builder Associations.
She inspires and guides salespeople and companies of all sizes with a fresh and unique
hands-on approach that continues to gain recognition from well-known and successful
building organizations from coast to coast.
Kerry has attained the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) prestigious Member
of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) designation, is a member of the National
Speakers Association (NSA), Certified New Home Sales Professionals (CSP) designation, and
Certified Marketing Professionals (CMP) designation Committee.

As President and Owner of Group Two, THE ad agency for home builders, Mollie Elkman is a
thought leader on marketing for the home building industry. She specializes in understanding
the consumer experience and creating successful, traffic-driving advertising programs for
builders from coast to coast.
Mollie is an international speaker on all subjects relating to marketing for the building
industry, with audiences ranging from small team training sessions to large conferences,
including National Association of Home Builders, the International Builders Show, regional
Home Builder Association conferences, the Pacific Coast Builders Conference, and NAHB
20 Clubs.
Prior to joining Group Two, Mollie learned the ins and outs of the advertising world at two of
the leading international advertising agencies located in Florida and Southern California. She
has worked on large international campaigns for clients within a variety of industries.
