As Director of community relations “aka lifestyle director-in-chief”, for Lakewood
Ranch, Monaca handles community relations and lifestyle programming across
a large master planned community of 31,000 acres and more than 12,000
homes. Lakewood Ranch is the 3rd best-selling master planned community in
the U.S., and is comprised of 14 actively-selling villages.
Monaca has a distinctive view of lifestyle programming. If you know Monaca,
you know that she uses the word “connections” often. Monaca believes that
by connecting residents through programming, she is helping build a better
community. She strives to cultivate events which allow residents to engage and
interact – and ultimately become friends.
Since joining Lakewood Ranch in 2016, Monaca has made a major impact to
the community.
Responsible for more than 100 events each year.
