STATEMENT

This Mixed-Use/Apartment development is designed in urban contemporary architecture as the gateway to West

Hollywood. It fits perfectly within this self-proclaimed “vibrant progressive urban village”. Keeping in sync with West
Hollywood’s special vibe and home to some of the country’s most trendy boutiques, restaurants, and of course the world

famous, “Blue Whale” design center: a live-work- play all inclusive luxury environment has been created. The public
