The target market was very specifically used to develop all aspects of the 
 
marketing for this project. The level of exclusivity that the target market 

is used to was the main motivation for the project elements. Where the 

ads were placed, the renderings developed, the finishes in the vignette 
models — all these pieces were created with the elite audience in mind. 

The selection of the team behind them was due to the demographic that 

would be pursued as purchasers in this building. The people interested 

in the project was a direct result of such targeted marketing. It was very 

successful in communicating the exclusivity of the development.
