Presented by the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) — a council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) — The Nationals showcase the most exciting trends in New Homes Sales and Marketing, including 55+ Housing and Global Innovation. A diverse panel of industry professionals selected the Gold and Silver Award winners from over 1,200 entries submitted this year.

Silver Award winners are the top vote recipients in each category and are the finalists for The Nationals Gold Awards, which were announced during the Awards Ceremony on February 25, 2025, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
