Jennifer McIvor leads marketing and sales strategy for one of the nation’s largest homebuilding companies,
NVR. Prior to that, McIvor directed marketing efforts for nationally-recognized townhome developer EYA. She

holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, is a two-time Nationals judge, and is a past Marketing Director

of the Year Nationals Winner.

Meredith Communications

She is the founder and president of Meredith Communications, a digital marketing agency located in Raleigh,

NC specializing in website development, search engine optimization and social media marketing. Meredith isn’t

just another self-proclaimed digital marketing speaker; she has 15 years of experience creating and delivering
digital marketing campaigns that increase sales. She holds a Master’s Degree in Communication Technology

from the prestigious Rollins College and a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida

majoring in Psychology.

She holds three professional designations:

• CSP – Certified Speaking Professional®. The highest designation conferred by the National
Speakers Association.

• MIRM – Master In Residential Marketing. The highest marketing designation conferred by the

National Association of Home Builders.

• MCSP – Master Certified Sales Professional. The highest sales designation conferred by the
National Association of Home Builders.

Meredith is a Past President of the National Speakers Association Carolinas Chapter. She is a Past National

Chair of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Institute of Residential Marketing and Past Chair
of the Communications/Education Committee for the NAHB Professional Women in Building Council. She

currently sits on the NAHB National Sales and Marketing Council Board of Governors.
