STATEMENT

To understand how something truly lives, sometimes you just have to

see it. For this community, that meant a model home that perpetuated
the tagline “Be First. Don’t Follow.” Aimed at hip, tech-savvy

professionals in Los Angeles, this model home creates a unique feel

from the start, with characteristically urban exterior architectural design
paired with gray, yellow and white tones. Due to a lack of Silver Lake

land, the home was designed with three floors of living area in addition
to a large rooftop deck and terraces, efficiently maximizing the use of

space and constructing a layout that provides for indoor and outdoor

living, even without a yard. Inside, an open floor plan seamlessly blends
the kitchen, dining and living areas for ideal entertaining, while the third

level provides privacy and comfort for bedrooms away from the main

floor. From top to bottom, the model is truly an original.
