Established in 1982, NAHB’s largest and most prestigious awards competition celebrates North America’s best in new-home sales and marketing. The Nationals includes the Best of 55+ Housing Awards, the industry’s only national award honoring excellence in housing for the 55+ housing sector; and the Global Innovation Awards, recognizing the most cutting-edge, advanced and original products, services, buildings and communities from around the world.
This year’s entry window closed at midnight on October 21, 2024, and Gold Winners will be announced during the Awards Ceremony on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at the Caesars Palace Ballroom in Las Vegas.
